Job Description
  1. Lead formulation development projects from concept through scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing.
  2. Develop robust, stable, and bioavailable formulations tailored to the drug’s chemical and physical properties.
  3. Manage a team of formulation scientists and collaborate with analytical, clinical, and regulatory teams to meet project goals.
  4. Oversee process development and optimization, ensuring formulations can be efficiently manufactured at a commercial scale.
  5. Prepare technical documentation (batch records, development reports, regulatory dossiers) to support filings and approvals.
