Job Description
- Conduct pre-transplant immunological testing such as HLA typing, antibody screening, and cross-matching.
- Prepare and process biological samples following standardized laboratory protocols.
- Operate and maintain immunology equipment and ensure quality control measures are met.
- Assist in data analysis and generate reports to support transplant eligibility decisions.
- Collaborate with transplant teams, including physicians and lab supervisors, for case discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of all tests, reagents, and equipment used in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated with advancements in transplant immunology techniques and safety guidelines.
