Job Description
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the hospital's IT network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and data transfer
- Manage and maintain hospital servers, databases, and software applications to ensure high availability and optimal performance
- Implement robust security measures to protect patient data and hospital information systems from cyber threats and unauthorized access
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues encountered by hospital staff
- Ensure IT systems comply with healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA, to safeguard patient privacy and data integrity
- Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions and equipment
- Conduct training sessions for hospital staff to ensure they are proficient in using IT systems and aware of best practices
