Job Description
- Assist individuals with physical and/or mental disabilities in daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide medication management support and ensure the proper administration of prescribed treatments.
- Help clients with physical therapy exercises and maintain mobility aids like wheelchairs or walkers.
- Monitor the health and well-being of individuals, reporting any concerns or changes to healthcare providers.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean living environment for clients.
- Foster independence by teaching life skills and providing emotional support to enhance confidence.
- Work closely with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
