ABAM Transitional Continuous Certification Program (TraCC)

The ABAM Transitional Continuous Certification Program (TraCC) certification is established by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) that the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM) has adopted for its diplomates. This program emphasizes the importance of lifelong learning and ongoing competency assessment in medical specialties by measuring six core competencies recognized by ABMS and the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
