WHO has revised COVID-19 treatment guidelines to fight against Omicron

The World Health Organization (WHO) has revised its guidelines for the treatment of COVID-19 and strongly advised against two antibody therapies due to their effectiveness against Omicron. The two therapies include sotrovimab and casirivimab-imdevimab. They were some of the first medicines developed early in the pandemic.
