The Right to Health bill has been passed in the Rajasthan state assembly. Rajasthan Government proposed the bill to ensure that the state's residents can get treatment at all the government and selected private hospitals. Also, all residents will be entitled to emergency treatment and care for accidental emergency without prepayment of any fee or charges.
