Job Description

- Clinical Trial Design and Management – Assist in the design, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials to test the efficacy, safety, and stability of new drugs. This includes selecting appropriate trial protocols, recruiting participants, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Regulatory Compliance and Documentation – Ensure that all research activities comply with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EMA) and maintain comprehensive documentation for all phases of drug research, from preclinical studies to post-market surveillance.
- Data Analysis and Reporting – Analyze clinical and preclinical data, reviewing the effectiveness and side effects of pharmaceutical products. Prepare research findings for publication in scientific journals or for submission to regulatory bodies.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams – Work closely with medical researchers, clinical practitioners, biostatisticians, and regulatory affairs specialists to gather insights and integrate various perspectives into the drug development process.
- Pharmacovigilance and Safety Monitoring – Monitor the safety of drugs during the research phase and post-marketing, reporting any adverse effects or issues to regulatory bodies. Ensure that drug safety information is properly communicated.
- Research Innovation and Publication – Stay current with the latest scientific advancements and trends in the pharmaceutical industry. Engage in innovative research to explore novel therapeutic areas, and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals or present them at scientific conferences.
